I think it's a scam. After waiting 4 weeks for my order I contacted them asking for the status. I was told that the order was entered as "local delivery" even though I was charged $10 for delivery. They immediately cancelled my order without my input or asking what I wanted to do. I told them you are a SCAM!

I had been waiting for my order to arrive for several weeks. I wrote "complaining" that I had not received my order and the very next day Melody responded that she had looked into the matter...apparently I did something wrong which being 87 years old does not surprise me. Anyway, she responded and said it was being taken care of.
