I found a product I needed, and added it to my cart. They clearly say free shipping on the website. Got to the shipping part, and they were charging almost $30 to ship 3 small bottles. I reached out to their contact us, and she informed me that it was free shipping on orders of $99 or more, that I needed to look at the top of the banner. I sent her a screenshot of the FREE SHIPPING plus nothing. I just shipped a large package to my grandbaby less than a month ago. It cost me $11 and some change. They sell people stuff and jack the shipping up to make more money. That's poor business practice and false advertising. Needless to say, I deleted the product from my cart. I told the lady on the email, that you could find that kind of gouging with ebay sellers. Wasn't expecting a business to do that as well. Just crazy.

Placed order on October 18th, November 10th baby food (supposedly available when I was ordering) still not received. Called and left messages with no return call. Called my credit card company and cancelled the charge. Now I read reviews and find this seems to be their operating procedure. STAY AWAY. DON’T wait on baby food that will never be received!

Same as everyone else, complete scam. How is fraud like this allowed?

I ordered 106 U$ But they Charged more than 106 u$ and error shows Billing Address incorrect after contacted through email no response by this website. Totally scam by this website. In a country like USA, there are such scams, they should be ashamed.

They are a fraud. I spent $63 and had to dispute it with my credit card company. Save yourself the aggravationi.

Scam Central. Took $100 from CC, never shipped, never had it. They claim it was “ lost in transit” and refunded. They were hoping I would forget I had ordered. They said no longer available - but still selling it! BBB - get on these scammers! Customers - stay away!

I have tried 3 times to order a product they apparently never have, but they still advertised they do. I have always received a prompt refund of money. But, I think they just hope I would forget about my order, and keep my money...if you don't contact them with your order number, they would do just that. Not happy.

Stay away, SCAM.

They appear to be a fraud. I placed my order on June 14, opted for "free shipping" by getting my $43 order to over $100 to make their requirement, and noticed that shipping would be up to 28 BUSINESS DAYS. This was concerning! I waited 34 biz days, read these reviews, and immediately contacted Visa for a refund. There had been zero communication from the "company" -- nothing telling me that my successfully placed order had finally shipped. Don't order from this company.
