Order never shipped!

Edit: After about a week someone reached out and I was issued a full refund. They make it difficult to get in touch with someone as there is no direct number. Shopping on this site was not a pleasant experience and I won’t order again. I placed my order over a month ago and haven’t received it. It never shipped. There’s no contact number! The email link provided doesn’t work and I have no way of reaching out to them. It seems this is a fraudulent website. Their email won’t go through and their phone number is an outdated automated message. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Order 112988

1. Tracey promptly answered my email - I didn't have to wait up to 24 hours for an answer 2. Tracey and was courteous and clear with her message, and offered me options. 3. My credit was issued promptly and Tracey followed up to make sure every issue was addressed. 10 STARS FOR TRACEY!!! :)

Didn't wait long on a reply and all my items have been out of stock for 2 months so I asked for a refund and she was nice and helpful

Terrible costumer service

The contact us link on the website is a no reply email that will not send out. I cannot contact anyone about an order I placed on July 28, 2023. I would really appreciate a response.

RIp-off? Never received order

Never received the order. Tried to chat and it didn't work. Tried to call and it stated that there was nobody to answer. Emailed several times and they finally responded that they had mailed the order- but I don't believe it. They stated they would refund it because they didnt have the products...but it might take eight days to show up so still don't know. I think it's a rip-off.
