This experience has been so bad! I ordered and never received my order. I will report this to my bank as a scam tomorrow morning! Very disappointed! Tried to contact them through email and never got an answer!

$60 minimum for shipping outside of Dallas.... and that's for 14-28 day timescale. Not sure what service they are using, but we ship heavier things cross country all the time and it is never more than a week and costs a third of that. By accident used the local option and never heard anything from the company. Had to reach out to ask and at that point they just canceled my order and then responded to me.

Scam Operation. Buyer Beware!
Placed order 7/10/23 and still have not received my order. My credit card was charge $100. immediately. Emails go unanswered and as of this morning their phone humber has been disconnected. Total scam operation. Buyer beware! MY RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY: This response below is total nonsense. The email address was from a link on their site. The phone number below is for "Digital Supply", not Health Central and the message states they are unable to answer the call due to a lack of employees because of Covid! Besides any of that, why would you charge my Amex immediately and two months later still not have shipped the item. If these folks spent more time doing their job instead of wasting it answering all the complaints here, they might actually have a decent company! I refuse to order from anyone that lies and then lies about their lies.

I did not receive the product I ordered, so after a month had passed I sent and inquiry. Tracy responded the same day and said I had chosen the local delivery option by mistake. She said the product was not available at this time so she issued a refund same day as her reply. I am very satisfied with their service.

I placed my order in August in 2023, billed on Aug 2023 and still have not received my product in Sept. I live in Texas and shipping should not be an issue. Customer Service is a recording so others leaving feedback they spoke to someone is False! Do your homework! Know who you are dealing with! I'm contacting my credit card company now. I have emailed for shipping answers no response.

Health Central USA Is a SCAM! They took my money and never sent the product. Never returned my SEVERAL emails and there is NO PHONE NUMBER to call!!! RIP OFF!!!!
