Very easy to use and quick.

I needed a certificate to cruise plus my summary care record signed. My own GP wouldn’t do it so I used Zoomdoc. Great service, very prompt and kept me updated all the time.

I have to admit that I was not sure about Zoom Doc when I was looking for how can I get a certificate for my son, who became symptomatic with chicken pox once we were overseas. I am glad though that I went with them in the end as they have been nothing but professional and transparent about their service. We got a fit to fly certificate within less than an hour after we submitted the evidence needed. They were also quick to respond when I told them that the airline company (Emirates) needed a filled out MEDIF form too. They also advised me to double check with Emirates if a MEDIF form is needed as from previous experience, they said the certificate should be sufficient. Any other company would have probably just charged me again without advising me of this but Zoom Doc and Olivia were really transparent about this. They were so quick to reply too and when Emirates confirmed that the MEDIF form needed to be filled out, the team was able to email back the completed medif form in less than hour too. Really amazing and I am so thankful for their help. We didn’t run into any problems and we got medical clearance from the Medical Team of Emirates (who, in my opinion, were being inconsistent with their requirements and rules for chicken pox). We were able to get on our flight and we are so thankful to Zoom Doc for being so responsive and helpful to a really stressed out family. I thought I threw EUR49.00 down the drain when I had paid for a certificate but wasn't able upload my docs. When Zoom.doc found out about the problem, they swiftly reacted and offered to reimburse me for the service.
