I needed a doctors note to get some disability support in place and this was taking too long through my NHS GP. Zoomdoc were able to provide me with a letter after I sent them my evidence in less than half an hour. The letter is exactly what I need and I am so grateful for their quick service.

Easy to use and great personal service.

My daughter and several friends had used ZoomDoc for their Spanish visa applications, so I'd already received good reports of the company. Once I'd completed a simple online form and uploaded the short video required, my application was processed in under 10 minutes! I received my digital Certificate of Good Health on the same day, and my documents were returned within 3 days. The service was worth every penny! Just one other thing: in order to get the summary care report required, you have to submit a 'subject access request' to your GP's surgery, and it can take some time for staff to supply the report. Do this first so you have it ready to upload for ZoomDoc when the time comes!

My experience of ZoomDoc has been excellent. They signed and posted my medical certificate in the same day as purchased. When I received it and then had to forward it on to a legalisation office, the courier lost it. Fortunately, ZoomDoc offered to create a new original and send it directly to the legalisation office at no extra cost, despite the loss not being their fault at all. I am very appreciative of their swift customer service.
