Great and fast service

Really easy process to follow, really quick response. Fit to fly certificate meant we could confidently fly home after our 11 year old had chicken pox whilst on holiday!

Quick turnaround. Fabulous customer service. Website could be better. Initial email could contain hyperlink, not just text to start process. Would be worthwhile highlighting the need for summary health care record as thus introduces a time delay.

Great customer service

Our son caught chicken pox whilst we was halfway through our Florida holiday and in order to fly home with British Airways, we had to provide a Fit to fly certificate. It was very difficult to get one in the states and zoomdoc was a life saver for us as we received the document within 1 hour. We had to submit a video of our son and provide the necessary information that was looked at by a UK GP. The document was emailed as PDF along with the doctors credentials (which I looked up and was legit) and signed off. This meant we could relax on our last few days. I couldn’t recommend this service anymore to someone and would strongly recommend these services again to anyone in our position. Thank you ZOOMdoc 5 stars
