Great service, straight forward instructions, very quick response.

General service is bad. They request so many documents that do not make sense and are not required by the competition. You have to actually go and seek a physical GP visit IN THE UK for them to give you the documents you still have to pay for.. Choose a different online service for your doctor notes and travel documents. Home2lab is recommended.

Zoom Doc Health is the best thing I’ve come across, unfortunately our family was struck down Ill over the weekend we were supposed to fly abroad on holiday! As you can imagine that in itself is the most heartbreaking, distressing and devastating situation to face! However not being able to get in with our family GP as it was the weekend (111 & out of hours services would take up to 12 hours to come back to us) we used Zoom Doc health to ensure we had the medical evidence we required as we were unable to fly in our current state! Zoom Doc health is the best medical service I’ve ever come across, it’s easy user friendly and puts their patients needs at the forefront of what they do! The service is outstanding and I’m truly grateful for them! Thank you so much Zoom Doc Health I will be sure to recommend this service to my friends and family!

Needed a fit to fly for chicken pox for my son. After reading the reviews and seeing these had been accepted by jet2 in the past I thought it was worth having as he had a few scabbed spots left. Document was provided quickly following the 30 second video I uploaded. Jet2 never asked for the fit to fly but gave us confidence that we wouldn’t be turned away from airport. Would definitely use Zoomdoc in the future, fairly priced and quick service.

Very poor experience. My son paid the fee for a medical certificate reference and was given a code medical certificate reference number that does not load. This is either a scam of a defective website. Not recommend!

My experience was awesome. The service was easy to use and fast. I am now in a better place mentally and physically. Thank you guys for the awesome support. I desperately needed it.

Excellent, trouble free service. Fast delivery of original certificate but an advance email copy would have been useful.
