Wording around your refund policy is misleading. ZoomDoc wasn’t able to fulfil my request, but still issued me a letter, hence I couldn’t claim a refund. My personal circumstances and metrics were not at all taken into consideration and I was just given a flat no according to their script. Only redeeming factor was they were quick.
