I used zoomdoc.com as it advertised Drs letter re housing issues. The experience with zoomdoc itself was amazing. I uploaded some of medical letters and did the 1 minute video in the early hours. The same day I woke up in the afternoon to the medical letter. Amazing I thought. I uploaded the medical letter/certificate to Propeety Pool Plus only to be told they can not accept it as it has to be from a dr who personally knows you. They will not accept a letter from an online Dr. I have problems getting to my doctors due to health issues. If you're looking for a medical letter to help with housing then you need to check if they will accept it or not before you purchase it. Your own G.P will probably have to supply it. I can't fault the service zoomdoc provided My reason for a star deducted is it's not suitable for medical evidence for housing associations and probably a lot more similarly. As I said great service though just a shame its not as widely accepted as I thought.

Very easy to use and to navigate. Also so quick to respond with your required documents.

Sadly I contracted COVID two days before going away. We didn't want to lose our flights and had to ask for a refund for the Hotel booking.The instructions were relatively easy to follow, and we had a confirmation letter to send to our Insurer within two hours.

Not as simple as implied on the front if the website. Once paid the full process is revealed and proved too difficult to complete. I gave up after an hour. Onntge plus side it wasn't expensive and the lady on tge help desk did her best
