Unfortunately I didn't get signed off fit to fly but cannot complain about the service. Had a response in 3 hours, a explanation why and a refund.

Your customer service was very helpful and friendly I did have a problem attaching the care summary document and I rang your customer services who advised what I should do and not to worry, as soon as they received my completed online form the lovely lady emailed me to confirm they had received everything from me and within an hour I received my medical certificate by email and the wet copy a day later in the post.

The website is very well structured, giving clear steps to follow until the submission. Response time was also above expectations. Very good. Recommended
