The process to get a disability letter was easy and fast so long as you provide the correct documents. Their response time to any communication and turn around process was impressive. Will definitely use them again.

Needed a chickenpox fit to fly letter as my doctors don’t do them. I had already spoken to jet2 about it so they had it flagged on my record that my daughter had recently had chickenpox. The staff at jet2 checked the letter and everything was fine. Thank you so much

Such a great experience today. I have been backwards and forwards to my GP for over a week and within 20 minutes of submitting the info via zoom doctor, I had my pregnancy fit to fly certificate. Way less stress and so easy to use!
