Very easy to use and sorted my problem out trying to cancel a membership much quicker than waiting for my GP to do it.

It was quite easy to do but I would rather have given my money to to the NHS. It took all of 5 minutes to be returned which makes me think no-one actually read it and it took me longer than that to complete the forms. I had to get a certificate for my son, and this was the only way to do it.

After I navigated the uploading correctly with the help of support I got through it and my certificate was issued.
