Immediately responded to my queries and personally tailored their services in order to complete a specific occupational health form I needed asap. Within the same day I had recieved my form and had an over the phone consultation with the GP, all for half the price of an in-person Private GP Appointment. ZoomDoc is a quick and efficient service, which works well for my needs. Timing for applying for Visas, etc is obviously important and ZoomDoc helps with that very well.

Very straight forward and easy to get the basic certificate but when you need a country specific form the system is not automated, I don't understand why. If I tick a box for a country specific medical certificate, it is covered on the website (with the additional fees shown) and I also tick an additional box for that country, why not charge during initial purchase and issue the electronic version along with the basic form? Sending the basic certificate by email and then an additional email, additional pay screen etc. makes the interim period quite worrying because I thought I wasn't going to get the correct form
