Great Salon/Spa Products!

I love this company! My only reservation is that when I asked for a quote via online chat, I had to eventually email the company for the quote; which then was extremely prompt. I think they just have a logistics problem with communicating across groups. Great company with solid products that hold up under heavy, continuous use. I would highly recommend them!

I found the website easy to use and…

I found the website easy to use and specifically liked the helpful staff on the pop up chat. The chat representative was able to match the right equipment to what I was specifically looking for. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call that afternoon from the company owner to finalize the order. Although there was miscommunication regarding the model of treatment furniture I had wanted to order (the correct model was not accurately identified from the information that that the chat representative provided to the owner) the order was quickly placed and delivery was the following week. When the furniture arrived it was not the correct model I wanted, and it was my fault that I didn’t notice that on the invoice. There was good communication with the owner in which the correct treatment table was shipped to me. On the downside, the owner and I split the shipping costs for the correct table to be delivered, as I should have been more diligent with reviewing the invoice sent via email. Although the transaction wasn’t flawless, I felt the miscommunication was resolved. The product itself is wonderful. It is just what I needed for my private practice. The upholstery, mechanical parts and integrity of the piece is very good. Price was within my budget. Would I order this product again? Absolutely.

Everything from the first phone call to the delivery of my new exam chair was very good customer service. The product I bought is exactly what I was expecting. No disappointments.
