The one I did manage to order and pay for, said they were reviewing my prescription (it does not and should not take a week to do so) - when I called them, they admitted they were on backorder and will let us know when it's available. I've been enjoying the oxygenators already and the funny thing is, the other company that I ordered from let me know they are still on backorder. We cancelled and got our money back. I paid $19.99 plus $7.95 shipping & handling expecting to receive 3 medium nose pads, but only received one. That is highway robbery for an item I must have.
