My Order from Cpapdiect.com was as ordered. I thought I had done the math prior to the decision yet I waited a bit longer and got the Transcend 3 Cpap. I don’t particularly like the humidifier feature as humidity is pumped into my lungs. too easy to have respiratory problems like pneumonia and now Covid-19. I opted to get a non-humidifier product and the Transcend 3 was inexpensively on sale. It fits into the palm of my hand, is ultra-lightweight, and performs well. My SO says it’s a bit on the noisy side but if you are clinically deaf there’s no problem. I drive a truck over the road and the Cpap performs well with the So-Clean cleaner as I can’t see myself in a truck stop washing the hose and mask everyday. Time is money and money is business and it’s nothing personal. The So Clean experience is put the mask and hose in and wait 2 1/2 hours for the cycle to complete. Clean and Done! A happy driver staying safe and awake!!!

On my third machine now. My last machine had over 13,000 hours on it and was showing it's age after many falls, spills, leaks etc. My last machine went through our insurance company and required remote monitoring and a rental fee. The medical supply company added in some big hits to both the insurance and me for supplies too. After that, I can tell you that getting your machine here and having it two days later is the way to go. Great service, fair price and fast shipping.
