RECEIVED A NEW CPAP MACHINE. HAD TO GET A NEW ADAPTER FOR THE MACHINE. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WITHIN TWO DAYS, HAD THE ADAPTER I NEEDED. GREAT COMPANY. USE MY SO CLEAN EVERY DAY AND DON'T HAVE THE HASSLE OF HAVING TO WASH ALL THE PARTS. ONLY NEGATIVE THING WAS THE COST OF SHIPPING, TOO HIGH!!
