I had a terrible experience with PM247. I hired them to re-fit a radiator on my wall, and they charged me an eye-watering £594 for the job. Shortly after, I found that two other radiators in my home weren't heating up properly. When I called PM247 to report the issue, their customer service was incredibly unhelpful. They put me on a conference call with the engineer, who started blaming me for the problem and claimed the other radiators had nothing to do with their work, even though the plumber had bled them incorrectly. The whole experience was frustrating—rather than offering any solution or assistance, the customer service rep was rude, condescending, and seemed more interested in trying to catch me out on every word I said. They even threatened that the call was recorded, as if to intimidate me. To make matters worse, they demanded an additional £144 just to send someone out to investigate the issue, saying I would have to pay even more if they determined it wasn't related to their work. Thankfully, I didn't need their help after all. A friend of mine helped me bleed the radiators and adjust the boiler's water pressure, which fixed the problem. It's clear to me that PM247 is more interested in making money than providing quality service. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I'll certainly never use them again.

Do not use! This company totally ripped us off. They charged us over £500 and failed to fix the problem. (Actually a very easy problem to fix, which they totally missed) I requested part refund and they refused.

We were booked for a radiator replacement that was leaking. The initial visit was relatively swift in response when we were told that the radiator needed replacing. We were then allotted a date & time (only ever given either morning or afternoon) and the appointment was for two weeks ahead. We were then called within a week to ALTER that appointment bringing it forward by a few days. On the morning of the day the radiator was to be replaced, a phone call came in cancelling this rescheduled appointment... rescheduling TWO WEEKS later - so effectively after the original appointment which Dyno itself changed. I am so angry because we will have therefore waited FIVE weeks to get this radiator replaced which is still leaking. Absolutely appalling customer service.
