They fitted a new cartridge as the plumber said he had now fitted the correct one. 3rd visit the plumber discovered that he fixed the wrong fault which should have been discovered on visit 1. The cartridge and the handle didn't fit together. Kicked them out of the house. I still have the fault. Now they are trying to charge me for the 3rd visit. My advice is to go elsewhere. The experience date is the date of the 3rd visit.
