Harry turned up on time, performed all the safety checks required, showing great knowledge of his job and was very friendly and polite at all times. Really satisfied with the way the works were carried out.

Came out to fix a leak over the weekend. Plumber was at ours within 45 minutes of calling them & the problem solved within an hour and a half. Super quick and efficient.

If I could give ZERO star, I would have done it. They charged by almost £500 for kitchen sink waste pipe installation (20 min) job. They also provided £1800 for installation of insinkerator and water filter which I managed to get it done for £700 only through local plumbers. Absolute daylight robbery and avoid like a plague and save your dignity. See attached photo where all parts were provided by myself. £500 for installation of that (price of high tech dyson cordless vaccuem for 10 min job) !!!

Efficient service, but extremely expensive probably best not to use this for domestic job-I sincerely wish I had shopped around. Still struggling to work out how a 20 minute job could’ve set me back £545. I have emailed the customer services but still no one has got back to me. My partner went mental when he heard what I had handed over! They kind’ve have you over a barrel – you have to pay before the engineer will begin even taking his machinery out of the car. They used our mains water as well! I have no problem with that, but really… Definitely shop around before you book this company.

Plumber arrived within 2 hours of my initial call. Had a leaky pipe in a very hard to access location behind my hot water tank in a built-in cupboard. Managed to access and replace with minimal mess and disruption. Plumber was very polite and tidied up the area afterwards. Made sure I understood where the stopcock was in case of issues in the future. Would recommend.

I had a burst pipe in the loft. Rang PM247 around 9am and the pipe was fixed by lunchtime. Professional service, plenty of communication by text, email and on the phone with real people. Plumber was freindly and did a real tidy job. Maybe not the cheapest company, but as they say, you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny.

Delighted with the service we received. We were kept updated on the estimated time the plumber would arrive and when he did he dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. 10 out of 10 for getting us out of a tight corner.

Kitchen sink was backing up, blockage was in drain outside that I couldn't clear myself. Engineer, Gavin, came out same day (a sunday) and explained each step of investigating the problem. He was polite, expert, and efficient and cleaned up after clearing the problem. It wasn't a cheap job but it was a thoroughly good job!

Extremely fast response to a blocked loo on a Sunday. Lovely engineer who worked quickly and efficiently. Considering it was a Sunday, too complicated for rods so vacuum needed and an emergency the overall cost was very reasonable.

PM247 sent a young inexperienced engineer who demanded £220 in cash upfront, insisting that they would not commence work until payment was received. Regrettably, after taking the cash, they failed to fulfil their end of the agreement and left the premises without completing the job. Left with no choice, I had to seek assistance from another company, who efficiently resolved the issue within a mere five minutes.
