Floor mat cracked after 2 months use - customer service aksed me to return it to Germany before considering a replacement. Seriously why would I... Please do not consider buying anything from them. Customer service from the last century.

Do not use this company. If I could leave a minus score I would. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought a floor mat for a carpet floor. When it arrived they had sent me a floor mat for hard floors, not what I had ordered. I told them and they said they would send a replacement but the item I had originally ordered was out of stock so they then said they would send me a refund. Then they said that I couldn't have the refund unless I paid for the wrong item to be returned to Germany. As the item was 124 x 93cm and rigid it was impossible to find postage that was less than the cost of the item so I am stuck with a mat I dont want and out by a considerable amount of money. This company have zero customer service and are breaking UK and EU law selling laws. Do not touch them with a barge pole.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! I bought an office chair mat, within 24 hrs it started to crack in places. Within 3 days it is breaking apart and was VERY SHARP. I therefore took photos and had to dispose of it as the plastic break offs were dangerous. I forwarded the photos of the broken mat to this business and they said they would only refund if returned.....to Germany and at my own cost! Honestly, their products are junk and they are not to be trusted!

Update:- Complained to PayPal but to no avail. Supplier lied, telling PayPal I modified the product, so PayPal closed the case in the seller’s favour. This is a case of one crooked company supporting other crooks as that’s where they make their money (Not from the innocent buyers). As per many other 1-star reviews about Floormats UK I wish I had done the research before buying. Same result for me. Product arrived and failed within 3 weeks of use (Huge cracks appeared). Very short pile carpet and 5 wheeled office chair, nothing out of the ordinary. Got the email run around:- "We never received your emails" So how are you responding to me with a case ID generated by your company ?? Now telling me to return product at my expense for testing, TO GERMANY !! They know that is cost prohibitive and are probably hoping that I just go away. NO WAY. As said by others, it is purporting to be a UK supplier but they are not, they are German. USE THIS COMPANY at your own peril. Product has now been removed from the Floormats UK website so they know there is a serious problem with their product !!

My carpet protector has cracked in two places within the first month. I have contact them to complain and they asked me to send it back to Germany for a inspection! I am willing to do so but at their expense given the product is not as described, but they will not assist. I have sent photos which clearly show the product is not as described, and now they do not reply. Spend half as much buying an alternative from Amazon. At least you will get their support and guarantee.

I found this trust pilot page AFTER i had place an order in good faith with this bunch of cowboys and urge you to not order anything from them. One star is far too good for what will follow this should have a minus star or at least no star option....!! I order an off the shelf floor mat for an office chair. The site states they are Crack, Curl, Scratch resistent and made from a High Lifetime Polycarb... Rubbish... the Mat cracked after 2 weeks and then virtually fell apart. I emailed their customer service who basically said I had to return it to Germany at my cost to get a refund. The cost of returning this would not be worth it. I stated that NOWHERE does it say returns are to Germany. I even stated their T&C back to them... I said I would happily return it if they paid OR i could return to the UK office as they are marketing themselves as Floor Mats UK!! Then they just ignored my emails.. All I wanted was a refund based on my consumer rights that I was entitled to for a product that did not meet the trade description or was not upto the job! NOTHING back. I even stated that I would take it further, wrote to them with the wording the governemtn offer for trade descriptions and my consumer rights and they ignored every email. I was trying to be fair and was not rude but their customer service is non existent. I am now left with a mat that is useless and out of pocket. It is not so much toe money it's the principle. Please do not EVER buy from them and pass the word on. The daft thing is I didn't buy the same style of mat from Amazon as many reviews said that they broke within days but at least if I had I would have had a good chance of a refund. Extremely dissppointing.....

As others have written, expensive mat cracked in 6 weeks and when I contacted them, they told me to send it to their office in Germany for an inspection and would not say if I would be refunded return postage even after I asked them a few times. They would not accept photos of the damage which was very clear. I’ve never written a review before - I’m just so frustrated!

My experience was with regard to a custom made mat to go in front of patio doors. How I wish I’d read the Trustpilot reviews first! The mat took a month to arrive but was 3cm too short in length and 2cm too narrow, so didn’t fit the space and wasn’t the custom made product I had parted with my money to receive. In fact, with measurements out by so much, I believe that I was sent an off cut they already had lying around. Their only response was to refer me to the fact that their terms and conditions allow for a 5% tolerance. I never once succeeded in contacting them by phone as the line is cut off after 5 minutes. The good news is that I made a claim to have my money back through PayPal as the product was not as described and was in breach of contract. PayPal found in my favour and I received a full refund.

Do not buy from them. Mat falls apart in a couple of weeks and then you have to post it back to GERMANY to get a refund or exchange

Scammers!! Avoid. Yes, I am yet another sap that got caught by this scam company. Expensive mat cracked within weeks and when I contacted them, they told me to send it to their office in Germany for an inspection.
