As with other reviews, I strongly recommend to avoid buying from this company. The floor mat I bought began to crack soon after purchase and, as others have attested, the response to email was to return the mat to Germany at my own expense so they could decide if it was a material defect or not.

This company is not worthy of one star. I received a mat in late June/early July and at the beginning of September cracks started to appear. I have emailed them four times and rung them three times but received no answer. Despite our calls being important to them, the message states they apologise for keeping you waiting stating all agents are busy or the office is shut and then proceed to end the call!! If the office is shut why don’t they say so when they answer your call instead of keeping you holding on? Stay clear of this company.

I have received the mat and used it since May Unfortunately by July it had started to crack and split and is starting to break up. The description stated it was non crack so I don’t understand why it has deteriorated so quickly. I reported this to the company but they just ignore my emails. Poor quality product and would not recommend buying anything from them as they are unreliable.

I ordered a chair mat expecting it to be delivered from the UK only to receive it from Germany after a considerable delay. Within 3 weeks the mat has developed 2 cracks which are spreading. Like previous 'complainants' I have been asked to return the mat to Germany, at my own expense, before they can consider replacing or refunding me as I have requested.

As with everyone else, AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They sent wrong item, offered various reductions which I declined, expected me to pay £40 to return it to a German address! Won't answer phones. GET THEM SHUT DOWN!!!!

Avoid like the plague! Bought a mat which was recommended to me by their staff. The mat that was sent was the wrong size and not fit for purpose as it slid all over the floor when in use. Their senior staff member suggested turning the mat over which made the sliding situation even worse. Have not responded to several emails since requesting a refund and no one seems to want to answer their phones.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I've had the same sad experience as all the other reviewers. Chair mat cracked within 2 months. The company stopped responding to my emails when I pointed out my consumer rights regarding the company paying for sending the broken mat to Germany and requested suitable packaging.

This company is a sham. Leave well alone. It advertises as a UK company but is a German one. The rugs are of poor quality and retuning them is not easy. I was quoted more in postage than what I paid for the rug! If the rug came from Germany then the company would be making a loss on all products due to the cost of shipping. Emails were answered quickly but bluntly and no one answered the UK phone number when I called on several occasions. My advice, like most on here is stay well away and buy a better quality product from a reputable UK company with a better return policy. Nowhere on the companies web site is the opportunity to leave a review, surprisingly, the only reviews on there i must assume are false

Be very careful with this company. I bought a Chair Mat with Lip for Carpet Floors (transparent) in January and initially like it enough to but another. The first mat has failed (August same year) and the company will not respond. Read the other reviews about returns and refunds on this site and you will get the picture. The product is not fit for purpose and the comany appear very unreliable. I would not touch them again.
