The simple stuff is really easy to do on the website - but if you do need more help or information then the phones are always answered quickly and the call handlers are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and ultra efficient. I've been with them for ix years and they are far better than any company I have previously used.

Seem to be fine unless you want to make a claim. "A claim handler will make contact with you" was the last I heard over 2 weeks ago. I guess they're busy in the winter? Or maybe they're hoping I just go away....

Unreliable, unhelpful. Been with them many years, no claims. Covered for charter boating. Discontinued It at short notice some years back, then for several years have been providing the cover again. Until now, once more no cover for charter boating. No reasons as to why, no help at all..
