Low prices, straightforward paypal transaction, quick postage, items I received were really nice. However, one item I ordered was not in the parcel I received and it was marked as 'out of stock' on the delivery receipt. It was only the following day they emailed me to say it was out of stock and a paypal refund shortly followed. That's the only annoying/negative thing that the stock on the website was not up to date.

The only company who had the right size for me. And it was less than half price. They dispatched the goods very quickly and I received them a couple of days later. Excellent service.

Out of the last three orders I have placed So Active have been unable to despatch one due to incorrect stock levels and the other that they managed to despatch contained a wrong sized item. So that is one out of three. I have messaged So Active twice and receive little by way of a response from them.
