I think customers need to be careful with their purchases if they return goods since the bold banner statement on 'no fuss' is not what I experienced.
I bought 2 pairs I was great, but the other needed to be sent back. I did try them on outside and was refused a refund. I don't think I can agree with your statement they were well worn, they were not. I think your banner statement on "no fuss on returns" to be misleading and will be contacting the agencies concern to bring this to their attention along with the social media feedback. I have no complaint on any other aspect of service accept the length of time taken to tell me about rejecting the shoes because they had dust (dirt) on the bottom. We are sorry to inform you that the item New Balance M780 - Red/Black - size UK 11 is being sent back to you with a letter as the Returns Inspection Report identified dirt ingrained in soles from being worn outside. After being thoroughly cleaned, there is dirt that can not be removed, so we are therefore now unable to resell it. Please refer to attached photo evidence. All further details will be described in the letter which state all our returns policies. I very disappointment with the length of time it has taken to sort this out and the outcome. I took the decision to order shoes on line with your no "fuss 90 day return claim". I did wear the shoes on the path outside the house only but the shoes were to tight , I never used them to run in and returned them without using. I feel your claim of no fuss to be wide of the mark . I don't feel I have received a good service and would expect a replacement or a refund. The shoes they are not fit for my use far to narrow. I don't think it was unreasonable to try them on outside? I did ask for a chance to buy another pair and use the return credit towards it? Could you please review this matter asap please. Great sales and offers, orders processed very quickly and even when I have standard 3-5 day free delivery the order is out the same day and arrives within two. I did have a return which was easy to do but did take a few weeks to process, however I did receive an email apologising and confirming receipt of my return so I wasbt worrying that it had got lost in the post.
