I recently ordered 5 pairs of running tights from SOACTIVE, I decided to keep 2 pairs and return the other 3. I returned them on the 15th August but it is now the 18th of September and I still haven't received my refund. I have attempted to call on a number of occasions but only once has someone answered the phone. The lady said the refund would be with me shortly but that was over a week ago and there is still no sign. I have also emailed twice and have not received a response to either of my emails. As a result of this I am now approximately £60 out of pocket. I received all the items quickly and as expected so if you are sure you will keep all the items then this company is fine but if you may want a refund for any then don't bother!

Ordered an item at a vastly reduced rate and it was delivered in 2 days. Excellent stuff

Purchased some running shoes which were received well packaged within 4 days. Unfortunately the shoes did not fit so i had to return them. SoActive provided a freepost return label and acknowledged receipt of the product within 2 days. Extremely professional service. Will use again and hopefully will nor need to return the product.
