When you are buying clothes, and you know your size, you just order it online. But I haven't, until now, as it's disappointing if the item slightly too tight etc. Returns can be awkward and can take a long time. Not so with SoActive! Simple to search on the website, easy to order. Very quick delivery, well packaged. Very pleased with the items. And when one of them didn't fit, I followed the simple instructions with the 'ready made return label'. Within a few days of returning, we received another one that did fit. Brilliant from start to finish

I ordered 2 different styles of sports bras but of the same brand and I was sent 2 identical bras...someone didn't read the order correctly!!! I've sent it back for an exchange and I hope it arrives by next week as I need it for an activity weekend.
