Have to say I'm so pleased you've started selling guys' stuff as well. I like the overall 'atmosphere' of the site due to the fact it seems mainly aimed at women still. Also, free delivery and great prices across the board, really excellent and good delivery times too. Hopefully you can go from strength to strength and increase your range as I'd love to be able to shop with you more!

I ordered an item on-line which arrived very promptly but when I tried it on did not look or feel right. I sent the item back and was very quickly reassured that it had arrived and I would receive credit for it - both receiving and sending back was free which makes me feel I would certainly use this company again - and all contact was undertaken with politeness, even though no purchase was made in the end.

Used first time but quick delivery, big brands at affordable price

Came across an excellent price for a pair of asics kayano 19 trainers. Ordered it over the week-end and it arrived the following tuesday with free postage Very happy shopper here.

Bought some running shoes that were listed on there website, got an email 24 hours later saying they should not have been on the website and not in stock-order was cancelled and told to phone for refund! Have phoned and emailed and still no refund! Lucky I paid with MasterCard and they can sort them out. One word Avoid!

Ordered whilst showing in stock, then e-mailed to advise me that it wasn't and there was an error. Good communications from the company but unfortunately didn't and up with what I ordered (nothing else I wanted in place of the out of stock item) and so can't say any more than this.
