I ordered a nike sports bra only later to realise that SoActive had emailed me saying that the item was out of stock!! still awaiting a reply and refund from them.

I purchased a few gym clothing items from this website, thw items arrived very quickly and there was no postage charge either. I would definitely use this website again.

My daughter asked for a sports bra for Christmas and as I’m living abroad I needed to buy it online. I had bought myself a Panache sports bra in a department store on a trip home. It’s the best bra I’ve ever worn but also the most expensive at £35. I was amazed to find the same bra on the Soactive website for £27.92 with free delivery and returns included. I placed my order on 18 December and decided to pay for first class delivery to ensure that the bras would arrive before Christmas. The order was delivered on 20 December. I did not have time to use the service but Soactive advised that I could track my order via the Royal Mail website. I ordered different sizes as my daughter was unsure of her size. I returned the bra that was too big and I received my refund within 14 days. I was very impressed with the email communication that documented every step of the process – receipt of order, despatch of order, receipt of return and confirmation of refund. Thank you for such excellent service.

Great value for money, the Ronhill gear I bought is comfortable to wear looks good too! From order to receipt of goods was no more than one week, which is great. I do have something to return so I will see how that goes, I just hope it is as easy and hassle free as ordering the goods.

SoActive always have reasonable prices and are very reliable especially with their deliveries. When I've had problems in the past, the customer service has been excellent and returns/ refunds quickly sorted out.
