I was directed to the website by the TN…

I was directed to the website by the TN Department of Safety Carry Permit. I did not know if I needed digitascan or FD-258. The person I spoke with on the phone did not know. The person said I needed to choose one or the other. I chose FD-258. When I called the TN Department of Safety before the appointment, they said the company (Identigo, dba The Opal Group) will submit the document. When the agent arrived at my residence, she had an email where she needed to submit a picture of the FD-258 to the Opal Group. We had a question about the form and called the TN Department of Safety. The TN Dept of Safety said Identigo will have the information. We called Indentigo. The did not have the information. They said they do not provide the FD-258 to the TN Dept of Safety. Significant inconsistencies here.

When I called customer service it was not smooth but they were able to clear up all the confusion. The best part was them coming to the door and doing all the mailing. The agent was very nice and helpful.

Alls Well

At first I was on pins and needles because th notary was stuck in traffic and then had to park far away. We met and connected, walked to where my father was and eventually had both documents signed.
