I CALLED OPAL TO GET A VERY URGENT SAME DAY NOTIFICATION .I WAS HAPPY WHEN THEY OFFERED ME 11.30 AM . THEY CALLED AND ASKED IF IT CAN BE LATER IN THE THE DAY AND I SAID YES AS LONG AS I MAKE THE 3PM FEDEX DEADLINE. THE AGENT WAS AN HOUR LATE AND I MISSED THE DEADLINE. WAS A WASTE OF MONEY.
