Set expectation of finding a notary to be at my location in 30 mins, charging twice what I saw from other services that were booked. After paying, the quoted timeframe changed to 45 minutes. 50 minutes later I get an update that it would take up to another hour for the person to reach me. The operator then asked for more money to account for rush hour even though I had already paid. A terrible experience during an already demanding day.
