I had ordered my nephew a soccer Jersey for Christmas in early December for Christmas. Order came well after Christmas ( which was not a big deal) but wa the wrong Jersey. Emailed for resolution sounded as though they wouidl fix the order then nothing. Emailed three more times to date with order number and nothing but htye did take my money.

Okay, I wasn’t expecting much after my order arrived late. I was annoyed and figured, “Here we go, another company that doesn’t care.” But then, out of nowhere, the founder emailed me directly.
