I would like to provide an update on a review I left in early December. My order was received late. However, I am pleased to say I was contacted by the company and received a nice apology. They explained that they ran into some problems around the holiday season and said they are fixing these issues and would like me to remain a customer. They sent me a jersey no charge, and I got it within days of them reaching out. The apology was genuine, and the fact that they reached out to apologize AND sent me a free item is impressive. I will do business with them again. I can’t think of another time any other company that I have been a customer of actually was honest and made it right after a mistake. Thanks so much!!!

Item still not received
Item still not received. Company keeps giving me the run around about when/if the item was ever shipped. Take your business elsewhere. They are a poorly run company at best, shady/scam at the worst. 2025: Owner reached out to apologize. Said that there was order confusion between their website and Amazon to the actual quantity on hand. I felt he was sincere in his attempt to resolve the situation and he sent me two jerseys of my choosing to make up for the mistake on their end.
Delayed shipping
UPDATE: On Dec 18th, Adam, customer experience manager, rectified the below experience by sending another jersey to my parent's house. It got there in time. Today, Dec 15, I wrote this email. Still no response: I ordered this Jersey Nov 25 when it said on the website that the jersey was in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. I even received a confirmation email stating as such. Picture attached below. Dec 1, so days after, I received an email saying that shipment is a little behind. It said nothing about being out of stock. I responded to this email with confusion to why there was a delay. Dec 4, y'all responded stating that there was a high demand, but no worries y'all restocked and would send the jersey out that week. Dec 8, tracking still showed processing, so I wrote again. I informed your company that I would be leaving town on the 20th to visit the person the person is going to. I requested expedited shipping. A rep responded on the 8th saying * I will immediately inform our fulfillment team about your request to expedite shipping, so we can do everything possible to ensure your gift arrives before the 20th of December. * Dec 12, I wrote again, because your companies site said the order was still being processed. Knowing the jersey probably wouldn't get to me in time, I asked that the jersey be sent to my parents at *redacted address*. Dec 13, a rep responded saying that they've spoken to the fullfillment team and it's confirmed that my shipment will be sent out that next Tuesday (so yesterday) and it should arrive in time. Dec 14, I responded asking to which address will the jersey be shipped and what does in time mean. I reiterated that I leave Friday and please send to the new address I gave in Texas. I did not receive a reply. Meanwhile, I'm receiving multiple ad emails stating the jerseys I purchased are in stock and to purchase before they sell out. Dec 17, I get confirmation that the jersey shipped on Monday. Upon looking at the tracking, it'll be delivered on the 21st!! The day after we leave. Tracking does not say to which address it's being shipped. So I wrote again. And got a reply that did not answer any of my questions or concerns. I'm completely fed up with this process. If the jersey is being shipped yo my house in GA, I want a refund. IF it's being shipped to my parents, then that's fine.

Wish I could give them zero stars . I placed an order 5-7 days shipping after 14 days order still hadn’t processed. Reached out for communication no answers just links in chats leading to information on useless policy. Never returned my money and order never processed. Buyer beware
