I had my solar panels installed and was told the electrician would come in a couple of days I heard nothing so I called Lmf & was told I would get a call with an appointment again nothing this happened at least three times so 3 weeks later still no electrician so I called again yesterday and was told they were fully booked and as I was going away I would have to wait until I got back I asked them to book me an appointment for when I returned I was told I couldn’t have an appointment I would have to call back when I returned home this would mean I have waited at least two months I’m very disappointed I was told at the start of this I would be up and running in a few days I’m very frustrated at the lack of communication from your company

Let us know step buy step not just turn up remove scaffolding before job complete

The workforce for setting up and removing the scaffolding were excellent, but we had no knowledge of when they were coming. The same with the panel fitters excellent work but again no knowledge of when they where coming. With no knowledge of when the electrician was coming we began to get frustrated, however the electrician was excellent very knowledgeable and encouraged us to ask any questions. However we have now been waiting for our invitation and password to access the app.

After all the company's that contacted me. I am glad I chose LF energy. I can not fault them in any way. I am an ex builder and a perfectionist. LF energy were close to being as good as I was.
