Dont waste your time. I think I have dealt with the rudest customer service person ever today, Cancelled my order and went elsewhere. Update: Yea that reason is ridiculous. And won’t be back. Been ordering from your competitors without problem.

First, Cigar Palace had the cigar that I want, the San Lotano AJ Fernandez 60-ring gauge. Secondly, the shipment was earlier than expected and it was wrapped exceptionally, with a gift certificate for being a first-time customer. Lastly, I ordered a box of 20. The cigars are less expensive than Cigar International, where I shopped for years. I’m switching to CIGAR PALACE!

Ordered from the UK on Jan 26 and took delivery on Feb 8. Can’t fault Cigar place on service. Will rest my new arrivals in a humidor for a week or two to help them get over their international travel and then write another review on quality (which I’m sure will be as good as last time). Keep up the excellent customer service guys and thank you.

Fast shipping, sometimes free and/or $1, friendly customer service and competitive prices. I think that says it all. What more could you ask for.... sure works for me folks.

I've ordered multiple times from them and have had no issues. The no tax or shipping thing really works for me. They don't always include Boveda packs which annoys me a bit but I get over it once I light one up.

Worse customer service if any of all cigar online companies. I won a bid on some cigars and have not received them . It’s been 10 days since the order. Attempted for days to contact them by phone and email with no luck.

Ordered cigars Friday and they still have not shipped. Not cool!

Lets start with the good, there prices are very competitive and they have a good selection. Now t bad part, for one they cant keep the cigars I like in stock , out for now more then 3 month. Till last month they offered that if you order before 2 PM EST it will ship the same day. Did not happen and even worse my cigars where stuck in USPS container for almost a week. Now i placed another order and got confirmation that it was shipped. Checking tracking number it says it was cancelled. When ask they say it wqs shipped but they dont have any info on new tracking number. Rep talked too has attitude with nothing to backup claim other "in my expirience". Not sure what happened but this place whent from great to just plain bad

Best prices hands down. I've shopped them all, avid coupon/promo always, always great money savers, never pay full retail... These guys r fast and always fresh ..I go no where else...

Issue with my package, seemingly due to the couriers. Replaced instantly! No moaning, no fuss.. just fixed the issue :)
