I simply ordered some refills for a pen and even though one of the refills was damaged in transit, the manner in which the parcel was presented, gift wrapped with fancy paper and a ribbon, along with a handwritten “Thank you” card was a real treat. Receiving a pen refill as if it were a gift from a dear friend is a new, and most welcome experience for me. Thanks to all concerned. Follow-up: 9th February 2024 I am in receipt, this morning, of a replacement refill for the one damaged in transit. Again, wonderful customer service and yet another unexpected gesture. John Ross are setting the Customer Service bar high. Fantastic!!!
