I made a query as to where my order was. I placed it on Stephen’s day, this was a few days later as I hadn’t received a dispatch notice, to be honest I assumed they might be closed over the Xmas period but when I emailed to ask, I received a prompt reply and my order was with me a day later. I really could not recommend John Ross enough. The customer service just blew me away. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
