What a wonderful experience ordering online from John Ross. The service was like nothing I have ever received before. They went to the bother of sending me a ring registered post just to try on, and with a sizer.. included in the pack was a paid return envelope registered post back to their store. I sent the ring back alone with the resizer.. asked for my ring to be resized and had my ring sent back to be less than 5 days. Outstanding service particularly from heather who not only sent me videos of the ring before hand, was so helpful and kind. I will not look any further than John Ross for any future jewelry I want to buy. Thank you

This is the epitome of a customer centric company, in stark contract to mass consumerism type companies (think Amazon or Shopify). There was a slight delay in delivery (totally outside the norm and outside the control of the company - completely down to An Post and the busy Christmas period). I got an email and an actual phone call from a lovely human, Heather, and my item was delivered in time. And a beautiful item at that, along with a handwritten Christmas card. Thank you John Ross Jewellers. It is companies like you that really encourage me to support local Irish businesses. There is really no comparison. What a fabulous company and product.
