The pictures accurately depicted the condition of the bag that I purchased as did the description -- though I actually felt the bag was in better condition than I expected. I purchased during a sale and the process was seamless. I was so satisfied with my purchase from them that when I saw the other bag I was on the hunt for become available, I purchased it. So now I have purchased two from Yoogi's Closet. Will always have Yoogi's as a place to turn to for luxury bag purchases.
