Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience with you guys. There were a few minor things you guys could improve. When I contact customer service, you guys started off really nice, friendly, spoke in complete sentences which is critical for communication in writing otherwise it can be perceived as rude, and towards the end, you guys state if we have any other questions to let you know and you’d be HAPPY to help, I kept emailing you guys we had a back and fourth exchange because I had several inquires, every time you guys would email back after the first time, you guys got shorter and shorter with me. Which isn’t a huge deal but it does show your lack of communication and can be perceived as rude. It seemed like you guys were tired of me asking questions and having concerns. If you guys have in writing that you’re HAPPY to help with all other questions, you’re legally obligated to be HAPPY to answer all other questions. You have to abide by what you have in writing. Your sentences and emails kept getting shorter and shorter and I felt like you guys were perhaps sick of me HOWEVER I do appreciate all the help, you solved all my problems and addressed all my concerns. Second, the bag I ordered had slight indentation and edge wear and slight creases that the description DID NOT MENTION! again, another thing you guys are LEGALY liable for. Not the biggest deal in the world, overall I’m happy with my purchase, HOWEVER please ensure you write down ALLLLL of the flaws the item has. Lastly, I’m disappointed you guys didn’t have a Labor Day sale, usually in holidays, businesses have sales. Oh and also you sent me a dust bag that was wayy too snug for the bag. It was a really tight fit for the bag, you guys sent a bigger dust bag but that dust bag was too big for my bag. I don’t have the perfect size dust bag for my bag and I did not bother asking for a size in between because of the hostility in the tone of your emails, I sensed you guys were sick of me and I didn’t want to bother you any longer.

Great selection prices and service!!!

LOVE Yoogi's closet! Great selection and prices. The site is easy to navigate and shipping was super fast. Their return policy is fantastic given many of these sites don't offer any returns on used items. I am thrilled to have found them and will be shopping regularly!

Louis Vuitton Black Epi Neo Noe

The shipping experience was excellent--the bag arrived quickly and had the most protective packaging I have ever seen for a pre-loved bag. As for the bag, it matched the photos and description exactly and might have been in even slightly better condition than shown. If I'm going to spend a decent amount of money on a pre-loved designer item in the future, Yoogi's Closet will definitely be my first choice for shopping. 10 out of 10 experience!

Authentic but misleading

The item was categorized as Like new and the description literally said the uppers are clean with NO WEAR but there are black visible scratches on these (red) shoes so that was misleading. The shoes came in a black drawstring dust bag that shed black lint (black microfibers) all over the shoes and a YC company sticker on the bottom that leaves sticky residue (why?). This takes away from any “luxury” experience because I had to thoroughly clean the shoes for no reason. All in all I don’t regret my purchase. The item is authentic it’s just that sometimes with vintage it feels like you are buying rich people’s trash. And the details (thoughtful packaging, being honest about the condition) are what make something a 5/5 purchase. Sorry. I still wish the company only the best and I do recommend them in general.
