I purchased a Chanel classic bag and forgot to apply the 10% discount. I called your customer service the next day and she was the nicest and most professional on the phone. She applied the discount to my order without any hesitation and it was the easiet transaction ever! I am so happy with your company and the wonderful return policy also. I used to shop on the Real Real but they have become a terrible and unreliable brand with a horrible return policy on designer bags. Needless to say, I no longer shop with them.

Transaction fine, disappointing delivery time
The transaction itself was straight forward, however because Yoogis closet use USPS, I am yet to receive my handbag 3 weeks later in New Zealand. In comparison, I ordered a luxury handbag from My Theresa last week and it got here in 4 days from Milan, Italy because they use DHL. I ordered clothing this week from Anine bing in Los Angeles and it got here in 3 days, again using DHL. So it might be an idea to look at your carrier and the customer satisfaction equation. Edit: given I can’t respond to the flippant, canned reply I got to this review, I just want to point out, it had nothing to do with clearing customs in nz at all.. the delivery delay was with in the USA being so slow from delivery center to delivery center thanks to the very slow USPS service. Bad quality carriers are not good for business, if you are shipping to overseas destinations consider using DHL
