My parcel wasn’t delivered, and I don’t have the notification that it would be delivered it took me a week before I realized that my parcel is missing so I contacted them and no words yet , they said it will take 8 days for investigation, this is the first time that I experienced of this problem, but before that everything is great with yoogis closet
