We paid extra for pre dated delivery, giving a months notice. Two phone calls made , both replies were that paving superstore would look into why the slabs did not arrive on time. One said we would be phoned back, no phone call came. One said we would receive an email, no email received. Third phone call to paving superstore produced results. Slabs delivered 6 days late and I had lay off the builders till slabs arrived. Hence 1 star rating. Paving slabs being laid now are of an excellent quality. Packaging excellent with minimal breakage. These would get 5 stars rating.

my tiles are great they were delivered quickly with a call from the delivery company a few days before, they have not been put down yet but am more than happy with them however please get a sample as usual they do differ from the companys photos of them this is not paving superstore fault they just issue companys photos but they are differant colour but i did get a sample and they are soooooo lovely

Still waiting for the delivery to turn up.

Great prices and great website. However, image quality was poor so I could not make a decision on paving without a sample.
