Order arrived today so much happier now, hence improved star rating
Ordered Silver Grey Granite 14mm sample online Feb 22nd. Never arrived despite assurance it was dispatched and would be delivered by Royal Mail. Been in touch twice by telephone. Promised another sample would be sent, but it has not arrived to date. Wait in anticipation.

Great paving and excellent service
Good website, easy ordering and delivery was quick and on time. Nice delivery person too. The after sales advisor on the phone was particularly good - friendly and helpful. The paving looks fantastic (new patio). All round very happy!
