TERRIBLE SERVICE

Ordered Headlights and told it was back ordered, than back ordered again, and than was told simply that they have no idea when it will ship. Hopefully I will get my money back.

Wrong place to order from..I placed a …

Wrong place to order from..I placed a order, never got it. I call them two weeks later and was told that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. They said they tried to contact me but never got an email or call or text. Bout time I got a hold of them I relocated my address called back a week later and come to find out it was never shipped. My first time ordering and my last, I own a metal shop and having to wait on Parts is not good I lost a few customers over there mistakes. SO DO DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

Sent one item out of five

Sent one item out of five, one item sent was incorrect. Parts that did arrive took forever. First time buyer and also the last.

Paid $53.00 for a $2.00 drain plug.

**Updated** 4/19 My item has shipped. Will be shipping back other part today after I get address or shipping slip where to send it. *updated* Got the right package finally, sent wrong one back already.

Postage was way too much.

The order came and was what we ordered, however, the postage was outrageous! Our order was only $11.00 but the postage was over $15.00!! The things we ordered could have fit in a flat rate box from the post office for much less.

In a word... outstanding. Finditparts was $12 less than Amazon and I received my solenoid next day... Outstanding.

I received 5 of the 6 items I ordered

I received 5 of the 6 items I ordered. the 6th item said it was on the picking ticket but underneath it said 5 day lead time. confusing. I tried to call customer support but they redirect you to e-mail support. I did that and received a reply that someone would get in touch with me within 24 hours. I'm still waiting. Prices were the best I found however and the products I did receive were exactly what I ordered. if they can get their customer support figured out that would be great.

Transmission fluid

Ordered fluid and filters and was to be shipped in one shipment. Filters arrived in 4 days but the fluid took an additional week. Cut it within 4 days of needing Motorhome and was getting worried about delaying trip, but all is good. Delay in shipment is reason for rating. Great price.

Missing parts

The hinges where delayed on shipping to begin with then when they finally came they where missing one of the brass washers.
