$2 part with $10 shipping. The only option is UPS or FedEx....no post. The part weighted a few ounces and took 10 days to arrive. While my experience on this order was not great, they did a great job making it up to me. I would use them again based on the great customer support.

The ordering and delivery went very well but received a part that was not fully what the description described. I ordered a cross-view mirror for behind a box van. The picture showed a mirror and bracket. I looked in the description but did not say anything about only being a bracket with NO MIRROR. I do not need a bracket so I tried to return it and it is a 20% restocking fee along with you have to pay to ship it back. Not very happy with this company. I will say everyone was very pleasant to deal with. That is why I am at least giving 2 stars. Make sure you know what you are buying. **Since posting this, I was contacted by Jennifer who was very professional and apologetic about the situation and offered to waive the 20% restocking fee and is sending out a call tag to pick up the part. They also recognized that the description was misleading and appreciated that I brought it to their attention so they can fix it. We all make errors and mistakes but it is how we recover and fix the error reveals who we are. I would recommend this company in all areas. Well done Finditparts!
