Let me just say that find it parts can not be beat for low prices and availability. Purchasing our dump truck parts was easy to do online and the shipping was fast. We were kept informed regarding arrival of parts. All items were new as stated. You cant go wrong buying from this website.

Holy Cow! Now That's Service!

I posted an unfavorable review here yesterday, because I was unable to reach a live person at Finditparts for a couple days, and was frustrated. Within Minutes of their office opening today, I was called by a wonderful young woman named Jennifer, who apologized, and let me know that they did not get the message from their answering service. I completely believe Her, as she was super "johnny on the spot" with her followup, and subsequent contact. She was so incredibly accommodating, that I almost feel bad for having Left a 1 star review. She fixed my problem in minutes, and also debunked my feeling that due to the incredible prices they offered, that they were surely some wholesale guy operating out of his garage. Not so! These guys are the real deal, and Jennifer just made a Fan out of me! Thanks Jen and FinditParts! :)

Almost A Week Late and The Wrong Part Shipped

I had a narrow window to get my trailer repaired before I had to leave again. The Find It Parts Web site made it appear the part was in stock and would arrive Friday Aug. 4, 2015. I placed my order with the CORRECT part number on Aug. 30, 2015 and it was processed Aug. 31, 2015. It showed a shipment on Thurs. Sept. 3, 2015, but no updated arrival - it still showed Friday Aug. 4, 2015 UPS Ground. When the order shipped there was no tracking number - I had to request one and it took two days to get it. This should be automatic - it is with all the other venders I deal with. Finally, the order arrive Wed. Sept 9, 2015, but it was the WRONG part. I could only indirectly contact customer service because they we all busy. After wasting an hour of my time, the manufacturer committed to next day air the correct part for a Friday, Sept. 11, 2015. I'm due for an annual DOT inspection, but I've had to delay that and the repair of my trailer until the part arrives. I still have to take the incorrect part back into town and return it by UPS. So a total of 3 hours wasted so far because of an incorrect shipment. I could have ordered this part from Vehicle Safety Supply, but I thought it would be faster to order from a company closer to my location. 9/14/2015 UPDATE: My correct part arrived late Friday afternoon (9/11), but I had to take it with me and install it on the road. I was concerned I was going to have to leave before it arrived. Thank you for sending the correct part. I'm returning the incorrect part mid-week when I get a spot in my schedule to stop at a UPS store. I did get a credit today (9/14) for the entire order. Thank you for that too. As a business owner I know that refunding the purchase price and paying for next day shipping was a loss on your part. As a customer I can appreciate the quick response and solution to correct the problem. Mistakes and problems happen, but it's important on how they are handled and it determines if you retain a customer or your competitor gains your customer. I amend my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
