My tool was delayed twice with no call or email to inform me, I needed this too very fast and paid for next day air. It took almost 1 week to receive my tool, paid for next day delivery and wasted my time and money. Customer service is my number 1 reason for this review. Grade Given "F". ---Update--- I was contacted by Jennifer from Findit parts and was told i would be goven a full shipping refund and that if i wanted to return the part she would cover the return shipping and give me a 10% discount code. I updated this because they did apologize and sent a refund for the shipping.

These people actually had the part when listed unlike most of the on-line parts search houses . I will use the m again for parts!!

We ordered a part for our volvo truck, they shipped the wrong part the invoice had the right part listed, now we have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee, those charges are more than the part itself. ..we will just buy it from another company. Do not use this company is my advice.

They were out of the part I ordered so employee "Jim" called the manufacture and asked them if they could make the part.They had it made over the weekend and Jim drove across town and picked the part up and overnighted it to me.Id say that's pretty good service!R.L

Just trying to order 6 small brackets for $12, then find out the shipping charge is around $11. For a new or guest customer, they won't tell you the shipping charge in advance until you login with you amazon or paypal account. Be careful!
